1.Which level quality we reached?

1.2. Independent R&D, from PCB board, the module cover shells, to the CNC die-casting cabinet and so on are all private mold, different compare to others;

1.3. Especially including exquisite glue technology, we did at our own factory with our own unique gluing machine and technology, perfect control of each process.
1.4. Our glue is matte, different from others which is bright light with reflection.

2. What kind of raw materials we used to keep Top high-quality?
2.1. Our standard level are always choose Nationstar leds:
Copper wire chips and copper wire bracket --instead of copper wire chips and iron wire bracket, it’s different cost.
Some projects with goldwire for outdoor fixed installation.
2.2. PCB board,always FR4-A top level,fire-proof 94V0 or 94V1,from professional PCB listed and first-line companies,not like others from some other small companies lower cost and lower fire-proof level.
2.3. Signal and Power connectors
Ours with 3-6 mil golden coated,high stability of the whole screen.
Others Coated By Nickle Or 1-2mil Max

2.4. Power cables inside the power box
Ours 0.08mm Multiple ultra-soft copper wire,can resisit high temperature 200℃ with silicone wire.
Not like others are nomal PVC line
2.5. Private mold--CNC die-casting cabinet ,with two layers and protection corners, No stress and risk to weighing some big outdoor projects.
